In the early years, we provided residential property management services exclusively to support the affordable housing development area we are capable of handling transactions of immense size and complexity. This has culminated in generations of families entrusting their real estate needs with our company. In our tenure, we have managed and solved many challenging and complex transactions to the satisfaction of all parties involved especially that of our clients. ANUGRAHA is the founder and Director of ANAND SM. The company was started in 1995 in Chennai – Tamil Nadu with one goal in mind – to deliver a superior client experience. ANAND focused on consistent performance and client satisfaction which remain the cornerstone of the company’s philosophy. ANAND has a true passion for real estate and home ownership. He has helped over Thousand families with their real estate needs in sales due to his creative marketing and ability to stay on the cutting edge of technology.
